In cases where your photos have disappeared from your camera, or where the camera or PC fails to recognise the card, the photos may still be recoverable.
We understand the importance of your photographs, and take every step to ensure that your precious images are returned to you, without suffering any further risk of data loss.
Vanished photos
In most cases, photos which seem to have disappeared completely are recoverable. In most cases the majority of the photos will still be present on the card, although they do not show up on the camera or computer. We can retrieve these images aned transfer to CD or DVD to return them to you.
Document recovery
As well as recovering photographs from memory cards and USB keys, we can recover any other files, such as video clips, Word and Excel documents, PDFs, etc.

You can contact us at info@cambridgedatarecovery.co.uk if you require any further information, or simply send your card to us at Cambridge Data Recovery, St John’s Innovation Centre, Cowley Road, Cambridge, CB4 0WS, along with your contact details and any information regarding the photos you expect to be present on the card, and the details of your problem.
We recommend using a padded envelope and sending using Recorded or Special Delivery. We will usually get back to you within 1-2 days of receipt and let you know whether the photos are recoverable, and how many can be retrieved. In cases where only some of the photos are missing, we can send over small versions of the images so you can determine exactly which photos we are able to recover before proceeding with payment.
